Contact channel
A public contact address will be added when the site's production domain is configured. No placeholder address is published because it would not be a working support channel.
Please do not contact NCSOFT, Valve or Steam about this independent website. They do not operate it.
What to include in a correction
- The URL of the page with the problem.
- The exact sentence or guide step that may be wrong.
- The game platform and build or patch date, when known.
- A link to an official notice or a reproducible recording.
